#TandooriKebab. A delicious appetiser recipe shared with us by Bhukkad Chef Swati Gupta.
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Urad chilka – 150 grm
Besan – 2 tbsp
Multi grain atta – 5 tbsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Kasori methi – 1 tbsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Tandoori masala – 1 tsp
Kitchen king – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Greated ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
Chopped mint – 1 tbsp
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. soak the daal for 2 hrs
2. cook it in a cooker with water only one whistle.
3. Take a bowl add cooked daal, bhuna besan, bhuna multi grain atta, pudina, dhaniya and all the spices mix well.keep aside.
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠
Boiled macroni – 3 tbsp
Tandoori mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
mozzarella cheese – 2 tbsp
Processed cheese – 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
Boiled corn – 2 tbsp
Chopped carrots – 2 tbsp
Black paper powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠
Take a bowl add all the ingredients mix well keep aside..( cut the macroni into small pieces)
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐤𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐛
1. Put some drop of water on ur hand.
2. Take some kabab mixture..fill with filling…smoth it make a patty shape keep aside..
3. As above make more kababs.
4. Take a pan add nourish sunflower oil in it..heat it on a low flame.
5. Cut the nourish punjabi tadka papad into stips soak into water for few seconds.
6. Cover the kababs with soaked papad strips.shallow fry it on a medium heat.
7. Serve with green chutney.
