Sugar free poppy seed cake Recipe - Made with Nourish Chakki Fresh Atta

Ingredients

1. Wheat Flour: 150 grams
2. Poppy Seeds: 2 Tablespoons or 20 grams
3. Pista Meal 2 Tablespoons or 20 grams
4. Baking soda: 1/2 Tablespoon
5. Jaggery: 1/4 Cups or 40 grams
6. Oil: 2 Cups or 100 ML
7. Water: 1 Cups or 200 ML
8. Baking Powder: 1/2 Tablespoon
9. Salt: 1/4 Tablespoon
10. Vanilla: 1 Tablespoon

METHOD

1. Mix all the dry ingredients separately
2. Mix all the wet ingredients
3. Mix both the mixtures & beat them for few minutes
4. Take a clean bundt pan
5. Put some poppy seeds, nuts, sliced pista & seeds on it
6. Pour the batter & bake for 30 mins.
