Pasta Salad Recipe - Made with Nourish Pasta

A healthy and easy pasta packed with some crispy veggies. The flavour is simply a treat.

You’ll need:

• 1 bowl boiled nourish pasta
• 1 teaspoon nourish sooji
• 2 teaspoon nourish besan
• 1 tablespoon nourish sunflower oil
• 1 tablespoon nourish mustard kachhi ghani oil
• 2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoon oregano
• 2 teaspoon black salt
• 2 teaspoon chilli sauce
• 1 bowl soaked overnight nourish moong dhuli
• 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
• 1 tablespoon garlic water
• 1 bowl tomato puree
• 1 cup milk
• 1 to 2 tablespoon cheddar cheese
• 1 small bowl chopped broccoli
• 1 small bowl chopped spring onion
• 1 small bowl chopped spring greens
• 1/2 bowl green bell pepper juliennes
• 1/2 bowl yellow bell pepper juliennes
• 1/2 bowl red bell pepper juliennes

Method:

• Grind the moog dal into a fine paste by adding salt.
• Transfer this batter into a bowl and add besan to it.
• See the consistency by adding more water if required.
• The batter should be neither thick nor runny.
• Now take a non stick tawa and brush it with oil.
• Now pour one scoop of the batter on it and spreading outer wards with the spoon.
• Medium the flame of the gas.
• When starts getting slightly brown from the bottom, flip it.
• Do not make very crisp.
• It should be little bit soft.
• Now when its cooked from both the sides,transfer it to the plate.
• Likewise make all the cheelas.
• Now cut these cheelas into long stripes.
• For white sauce, take a pan and add butter and sunflower oil to it.
• Roast the sooji and then add milk, salt, pepper and garlic water to it.
• Stirr it continuously so that lumps could not take place.
• When gets little bit thick, switch off the gas.
• And here our healthy sooji white sauce is ready .
• After that take a pan and heat it by adding Sun flower oil.
• Then add ,spring onion and all the three bell peppers.
• Stirr it continuously so that it does not get burnt.
• Then add sooji white sauce and mix it.
• Then add cheela stripes or noodles to it.
• Sprinkle black salt, black pepper, oregano and chilli sauce to it.
• Mix it properly by adding green onions, tomato ketchup and cheese to it
• Now our Noodle Pasta Salad is ready to eat.
• Serve it hot by garnishing it with spring greens.
