Mix tikki with gluten free basmati rice - Made with Nourish Multigrain Atta

Multigrain atta and urad chilka sticks with some aloo and pasta mix tikki served along with some delicious gluten free basmati rice.

𝐓𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝:

1. Multigrain atta
2. Maida 2 cups
3. Urad Dal – 1/2 cup
4. Salt as required
5. Oil to fry
6. Palak 1 cup chopped
7. Macaroni – 1 cup (boiled)
8. Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
9. Onion chopped- 1/4 cup
10. Carrot chopped – 1/4 cup
11. Cabbage chopped – 1/4 cup
12. Boil potato 1/4 cup
13. Besan – 1 tbsp
14. Salt
15. Tabasco sauce 3 se 4 drops
16. Coriander chopped 3 to 4
17. Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
18. Maida – 1 tbsp
19. Basmati rice -1 cup boiled
20. Tej Patta – 1
21. Matar – 1/4 cup
22. Cottage Cheese – 1/4 cup
23. Tomato – 1 medium
24. Cloves – 3 to 4
25. Black pepper – 3 to 5

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:

1. In a bowl take maida, multigrain atta, urad dal (ground in a mixer).
2. Add salt t taste, oil, and palak to the dough. Mix the dry ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Boil the macaroni and then add some boiled potatoes,ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, chopped capsicum,chopped carrots, cabbage, chilli flakes, besan, salt,
oregano, tabasco sauce and mix and make a dough form out of it.
4. Make small balls out of this mix and then dip it in some maida wash.
5. Take a pan and fry these tikkis. Cut strips out of the earlier made multigrain atta and urad dal dough and then fry them too.

7. In a pan toss fry some cottage cheese cubes. Stir fry some roughly chopped onions and capsicum along with some matar.To this add the basmati rice.Cook for a minute.
8. Take out some rice in a plate, add the fried tikki on top and on the sides plate the multigrain sticks.Add some chopped onions and capsicum as garnish.
