Yummy, flavorful, and quite easy to make, this #BukkadsMarch​ we bring you the #MexicanFusionRiceCasserole​. A mouth watering recipe, this dish can be your perfect main dish or even be a side dish, no matter what the occasion.
You’ll need:
• 1 cup boiled basmati rice
• 1 cup spring onion
• 1 cup red bell pepper
• 1 cup yellow bell pepper
• 1 cup green capsicum
• 1 cup sweet corn
• 1 cup beans
• 2 cubes amul cheese
• 1 service spoon olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Clove 2-3
• 1 cup boiled pasta
• 1 cup boiled macroni
• 1 cup boiled rajma
For Mexican sauce
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
Method:
1. In a pan add olive oil add the cloves, add green onion and sauté for 1 minutes
2. Add all the vegetables & corn and heat for 2-3 minutes. Now, add the boiled pasta & macroni and rajma
3. Add mexican sauce and 1/2 cup of water and sauté
4. Add salt & pepper to taste and add cheese
5. Next add 1 teaspoons dry herbs
6. Add the boiled rice mix well for 2 minutes
Rest and serve. As simple as that.
