Healthy Tart Recipe - Made with Nourish Multigrain Atta


To make this delight you’ll need:

• Multigrain Atta – 1 cup
• Sunflower oil – ½ cup
• Cheese – ½ cup
• Boiled Pasta – ½ cup
• Boiled Spinach – ½ cup
• Chopped Tomato – ¼ cup
• Chopped Paneer – ½ cup
• Chopped Carrot – ¼ cup
• Chopped Onion – ¼ cup
• Red Chilli Powder – ½ tbsp
• Coriander Powder – ½ tbsp
• Garam Masala – ½ tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Sabji Masala – ½ tbsp

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗺𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹

• Besan – ½ cup
• Rajma – ½ cup
• Rice – 1 cup
• Onion – ¼ cup
• Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
• Red chillli Powder – ½ tbsp
• Chopped Green Chilli – 1tbsp
• Aamchoor Powder – ½ tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Garam Masala – ½ tbsp

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁

1. Make a dough of multigrain flour and oil.
2. Rest it for 10 min in refrigerator
3. Till then Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
4. Spread the dough in a tart dish evenly.
5. Bake it with timer of 20 min.

𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁

1. Fry onion, add carrot and fry it till it softens and add paneer and spinach. Fry it and add basic masala and mix well.
2. Transfer the made mixture into made tart.
3. Cover it with graded cheese and chopped tomatoes.
4. Bake it again for 10 min.
5. Garnish the made dish with coriander and Chilli flakes.
6. Serve with tomato sauce.

𝗥𝗮𝗷𝗺𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹

1. Take a bowl mix boiled rice, boiled rajma , chopped onion , Green coriander leaves and other basic masala & mix well.
2. Make a roll of above mixture and fill cheese inside of it.
3. Wrap the roll completely by the mixture of besan and water.
4. Deep fry.
5. Serve it with tomato sauce or spicy green chutney.
