Craving for some seafood? Here’s a finger licking good recipe that’s found in most restaurants, the #FishTikka​. A boneless fish recipe with chunks of fish marinated in some delicious spices and the nicely grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
- Fish cubes boneless 500gms
- Cashew paste 2 tblspn
- Besan roasted 2 tblspn
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tblspn
- Red chilli pwdr 1 tspn
- Kashmiri red chilli pwdr 1 tspn
- Cardamom powder 1 tspn
- Lemon juice 1 tblspn
- Mustard paste 1 tblspn
- Kasuri methi 1tspn
- Ajwain 1 tspn
- Curd 2 tblspn
- Chaat masala 1 tblspn
- Mustard oil 2 tblspn
- Salt to taste
- Ginger julians & Slit green Chillies for garnishing
Method:
- Â Marinate the fish with salt, turmeric and red chilli powder
- Add a dash of lemon juice
- Make a paste of cashew and curd, and then add it to this marinated fish
- Add chaat masala and ajwain
- Next roast some besan and then add to the marinated fish, this will help bind the masala
- In a pan heat some oil, and then place the tikka in it.
- Fry until cooked.
