Love having dry fruits but craving for some namkeen, this time club the two and make #DryFruitNamkeen​.A mix of healthy dry fruits tossed in some Desi Ghee and roasted to perfection.
You’ll need:
1. 1 CUP DESI GHEE
2. 2 CUP BADAM
3. 2 CUP MUNGFALI
4. 2 CUP KAJU
5. 2 CUP PUMKIN SHEED
6. 4 CUP MAKHANA
7. 1 CUP NARIYAL BURADA
8. 2 CUP PISTA
9. 2 CUP WALNUT
Method:
1. In a pan add some desi ghee
2. Once hot add all the dry fruits in it and roast
3. Take it out in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon chaat masala, salt as per taste and ½ teaspoon red chilli powder.
4. Mix all of this well and your Dry Fruits Namkeen is ready.
