Ingredients:
- Half kg dalia
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 chopped onions
- 6 chopped green chillies
- Curry leaves
- Some chopped coriander leaves
- 1 small bowl Boiled green peas.
- some roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- as per taste Salt
- As required Oil
- as required Water
Method:
- Firstly, heat a kadhai. Pour oil and roast Dalia for ten minutes. Keep aside.
- In the same kadhai, add some oil, add mustard and cumin seeds and sauté.
- Add chopped onion and green chillies, curry leaves and mix it well.
- Cook till the onion changes colourand after that add chopped tomatoes, green peas, coriander leaves,salt and turmeric powder. Mixwell.
- Next add roasted peanuts, half lemon juice and cook for a minute. Add water as needed.
- Serve hot.
